ADMISSION NOTICE : 2010-11
It is hereby informed that the admission in Classes I, IX, X, XII Sc & XII Com. of this Vidyalaya will take place during the session 2010-11. The Parents desirous to get their wards admitted in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Paradip Port in Classes I, IX, X, XII Sc. & XII Comm. for the academic session 2010-11 are hereby informed to obtain the Registration Form & Brochure from the Office of the school on all working days from 08.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m on payment of Rs.100/- (One hundred) only in cash from 15.02.2010 to 20.03.2010. The registration forms duly filled in will be deposited in the office of the Vidyalaya on all working days between 08:30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. from 15.02.2010 to 20.03.2010.

The duly filled-in Registration forms should be submitted to the Vidyalaya Office, along with the attested copies of following certificates.
i) For Class-I :Date of Birth certificate issued by NAC / Municipal Corporation, extract about the date of birth from the records of Village Panchayat, Military hospital and service records of Defense personnel.
ii) Caste certificate in case of SC / ST candidates.
iii) Disability certificate in case of PHC candidates.
iv) Proof of relationship/dependency certificate (The 1st page of Service Book of the employee indicating details of family members (duly attested by HOD) & copy of the 1st page of Medical card of the employee and child duly attested by CMO/HOD.)

v) Service certificate showing transfer details.
vi) Proof of Residence (for category VIII applicants).
Wherever the students have undertaken studies in any recognized institution in class IV and above, they are required to submit a certificate/letter from the school regarding their Date of Birth at the time of Registration.
For Class Xth & XIIth: a certificate from the Head of the school is to be submitted to the effect that the child is studying in a CBSE affiliated school & has secured not less than 50% marks in Class IX / XI Examination respectively.
For regular employees of Paradip Port Trust and CISF, the following authorities should sign the service certificate.
1. Administrative Department Secretary, PPT
2. Elect. & Mech. Department Chief Elect. & Mech. Engr, PPT
3. Finance Department FA & CAO, PPT
4. Engineering Department Chief Engineer, PPT.
5. Medical Department Chief Medical Officer, PPT.
6. Marine Department Dy. Conservator, PPT
7. Traffic Department Traffic Manager, PPT
8. CISF, PPT Commandant, CISF, PPT
In case of other Central Govt. / State Govt. employees, the Head of the office concerned should sign the service certificate.
Applications incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.
