The National Science Day,(28^th February memorable day on which Sir C.V.Raman gave the Raman Effect to the world was observed with full fervor and enthusiasm in the Vidyalaya on 26^th Feb. , (28^th being a holiday). The objective behind the observance of the day was to arouse the scientific attitude amongst the youth of today. The programme involved speeches and demonstration of experiments by the science teachers and skit, poems, quiz by the scientifically bent students in a true sense to circulate the essence and fragrance of science.
